How many calories in a ton of sushi, chicken yakitori, salmon udon noodle soup and [cough] measures of JD and diet coke?I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll

Hello,
Occasional lurker here !!
Must be the night to be 'naughty' I had a bottle of wine and cheese and biscuits. Put the figures into my fitness pal and I doubled my daily calorie intake with the wine and cheese even though I'd been good all day.
That kind of explains why I've been putting on weight then over the past couple of months I do like my wine and cheese.
Never mind I'd been good all week and lost a couple of pounds so I'll be extra good today and go for a long walk to make up for my waywardness.
Can't remember who suggested my fitness pal but it has helped me this week focus on what I'm eating. For weeks I've been saying that I need to lose a bit of weight but I managed to put more on, this week I've started to lose some of the flab, so this way is working for me so far.0 -

LOL I had a take away, salt and pepper chicken wings, crispy seaweed and prawn crackers and 2 rather large glasses of red wine.
My excuse I finally got my taste buds back!!
Oh well guess I start again today.
YDSMI wish I would take my own advice!0 -
I was naughty yesterday too...
I worked at a new place, and at reception desk there was a very large bowl or retro sweets... well you know where it's going
I had 2 lollies, a chewy sweet and palma violets and one of those small packs of love hearts! But it did give me a wake up call, as I felt terrible that afternoon and evening and was really grumpy. It's made me think, it must be all those sugars and e numbers. So when I go back on Tuesday I will definitely clear steer of them!
I did go to the gym today though, although not for as long as I felt a bit sick, but I did up the intensity a bit. Now I've just pampered myself - bath, moisturising with my lovely body shop body butter, done my nails and toe nails.etc0 -
I pretty much took a day off today - got to fill in my food thingy on my fitness pall but it does not look good.. second day in a row

AND only had a short walk with the dog, mere 100 cal... no good at all.
Someome kick my butt pls0 -
sorry to butt in here guys, how many here are on a cal count diet?0
