I have a major craving for some ginger pudding, is it cause I really want one or is it because on removing a rather manky half watermelon from my fridge there it was screaming my name?, "come on eat me, you still have calories left, I cant be that many........ eat me....... eat me"

Thing is I actually have over 700+ calories left today, I'm not starving or anything, I just want something SWEET!!!!

    YDSM

I have this problem! I solved it by buying rice cakes, they're apple flavour but sooo sweet. And it's only 130(something) calories for a mini pack of 5 of them and i'm stuff after 2/3 so tend to solve my sweet craving that way:rotfl:

  • I can't use a running machine as it is too high impact for me. I have my cross trainer as it's pretty low impact. I was gonna join the gym but I would have only used the cross trainer, then someone was eager to get rid of their one so sold it to me for £25 which was what the gym wanted for just 1 month!

I feel really tired today, but think I should go gym, as I have a half day. But right now I fancy going to sleep lol.

I should do something, whether it's laundry or gym or signing off at job centre lol. But I just can't seem to move from my bed.

I had like 4 coffees today, all with milk and sugar - feel kind of hyper a bit LOL
888 cal left.. what shall I have?

Went to Tesco today (walking) and returned the second, unopened tesco own SF fake, the latte one... first cup was ok.. after half of the firt tin.. it is horrible actually so gave the second tin back.

Also a pack of 6 cat food tinns, my cats must have seen the "tesco own" and would not touch it.. one pack was opened (going to the neighbours) but the second one I returned....

Walked the dog, dog looks at me now with "don't you even think about another walk" - she is belly up.. may do the same in a mo ;)

  • Not planning to follow it too carefully tomorrow. Being my birthday an' all. But it's not as if I'm going to be out partying, anyway.
I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.
