Well I'm at work again today, so have to resist the lure of the free snacks! Except fruit of course. I did weigh myself this morning, even though it's half way through my week - 10 stone, 13.6 pounds, dropped 0.2 pounds since the 7th lol.

I'll weigh myself on 14th and see what I am then, as my official figure.
  • I got let go from my job yesterday, but they might rehire me in 3 weeks so at least I won't have to worry about being stuck at my desk for the next 3 weeks. Still no appetite, have had 2 pieces of toast today. Going to get on with the housework to burn some calories. I am planning to weigh myself monthly, my last weigh in was just too depressing lol.

JUst saw your update LOL MIne says under too - id does now say by 2 cal though (to others) LOL

Zumba is not listed under exercise, can you believe it?????

    But....

    http://www.zumbacalories.com/

60 min zumba witt my height/weight - 595 cal (medium intensity) to 674 cal (high intensity)

You can just input the calories burnt if Zumba doesn't come up :D

20 miles on the bike this morning:j Philadelphia on seeded toast for breakfast:j No idea what to have for dinner. I'm thinking a bowl of rice and veggies.

I seem to be 42 cal under today but.... had a very busy day and was running around quite a bit (exercise) had no time to think what to eat (lazy) and.. ready to collapse to bed with a book ;)
  • Goat's cheese omelette yesterday (3 eggs, goat's cheese, salt) and a ham sandwich (ham, bread, nothing else). Today has been 2 marmite on toast and chicken breast and lentil dahl. Plus a handful of grapes when glaring at the fridge for something I fancied to eat.

Still feel absolutely stuffed. And very tired.

It's a strange feeling, not eating to fill in the time/wake myself up/distract myself from something.

I think I might go and have a bath before going to bed early.
I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.

My exercise for tomorrow - get 3 cats in 2 cat baskets from A (home) to Z (charity vet) using 2 buses each way... and back

Total weight of cats around 14kg.. plus baskets.....

How do I cal;culate calories for THAT?

    LOL
  • I'm slowly making some space around my cross trainer as it's in my storage room surrounded by hoarded stuff :rotfl:I ate a full meal last night, very bad idea. Not sure what to do today, will get my bits done online then find something to do I'm sure. Still no appetite.

    Ok... ok....

Paddypaws'es fault that I did not burn my planned calories by dragging 3 cats on 2 busses to the vets as she turned up here and took me there/back in her car and ever carried one basket with 7.5kg of Teddy.....We took 4 cats, not just 3....Thanks a lot Paddypaws ;)

Food all over the place today, really just living on the shakes - and PaDDYPAWS WAS LAUGHING AT ME ABOUT MY SLIMFAST :(

    ;)

    How is everyone else doing?

Got 570 calories left for today hmmmm another 2 shakes? Can not be botehred to make anything TBH...
