xoxo - just registered with that website, opted for 2lb per week "loss" but it is showing me 1lb projected loss and "planning" for that "
Your projected weigh loss is: 1.0 lbs/week
You should lose 4.8 lbs. by February 130 -
OMG - my breakfast of:
porridge oats with skimmed milk, bit of fat free yogurt and a pear all with a bit of cinamon comes to.... 495 calories :eek::eek:0 -
xoxo - sent you a pm....
If anyone else joins that site, lets exchange PM with usernames on there so we can add each other as "friends" and[STRIKE] kick each other's backside[/STRIKE] motivate one another

oh - so if you do any exercise it is adding calories to your allowance...hmmmmmmm - not sure if this is what I want?
was just testing by adding an hour walk, added 260 calories to my allowance hmmmmm0 -
So annoyed, today was supposed to be my "start again day" but over the wkd been struck with a bloody awful chest infection / fluey tummy bug type thing (along with a coldsore and a sty, I feel like theres a hex on me!) and even walking to the sofa was an effort this morning but on the plus side throat is so sore I cant eat!
Lost 3lbs over Christmas so I think all the dog walking helped!
YDSMI wish I would take my own advice!0 -
oK, so far had the tesco's latte shake, 1 black tea with sweetener, 1 satsuma and 0.75 litre water
walked the dog (133 cal added to my allowance for that LOL)
that site is a real eye opener..... will NOT be having like 10 oat cakes with humus on top and thinking those are snacks

Just calculated my lunch....
3 chicken drumstics (could not find boiled there so put baked)
half a cup of cous cous
1 avocado
half a cup on sun dried tomatoes
Came to 589 calories :eek::eek::eek:
Will have it in a bit.... I just chop and mix it all together .... hmmmmm
According to that website, I will have 523 calories left for today after that - but still wearing my pedometer so will adjust those figures at the end of the day LOL0 -
It seems even feeling like I have swallowed glass does not stop me eating

1 banana, slice of toast and Actimel and cup of tea for breakie. 362 calories.
How much do you all have to lose? I have 8 stone  to lose to get into a healthy BMI (not 6 as I originally thought L). It is a massive (ha!) target so have decide on small goals.
I won’t see my family again now until Easter so my 1st goal is to have them ay “wow you have lost weight” so big, the 2 stone I have already lost almost went unnoticed at Christmas which was a bit of a blow
So I would like to lose 3 ½ stone by April, so that’s 12 weeks at 4lbs a week which should be doable if I step up the exercise, and if I have done my sums right ?!?
I have registered on the myfitnesspal site too although the 2lb a week thing is not enough even though I know its better to do this slowly and surely I am very impatient and want everything to happen right now!!!!!
YDSMI wish I would take my own advice!0 -
I d the myfitnesspal app on my phone, but my phone is painfully slow lol.
I rarely use it now!
I've had a lazy day so far. Got a driving lesson at 3:30, then nothing else planned, might go gym if I feel like it after my driving lesson.0 -

I think the calorie allowance it sets is lower than the recommended daily amount so you should still be losing weight consuming what it says. So if you eat 2000 calories but burn 800 you're still on target with the weight loss. I think athletes and sports people eat a high number of calories to counteract all the ones they burn off training otherwise you'd be ending up super skinny! I never hit the target after i've added in exercise though i'm always a few 100 under at least, it just tells you off though:rotfl:
I was shocked at how many calories some things were too  But also how few some were:D
Anyway, philadelphia on seeded toast for breakfast:D
This morning I tried one of those milkshakes from the VLCD diet someone linked to a couple pages back but it wasn't for me. Too creamy for me, so i'll be sticking to food! Not sure what i'm going to do with the 20 sachets of it I have left though :rotfl::j0
