no real exercise for me today, my quads have felt like they've been tenderised over the last few days and I think they need a break before I do something to them that will take longer to heal. Did a walk of a couple of miles earlier and might do something light and short later but cannot face anything heavier.
Now I feel guilty for not doing anything, but really need a break tonight
Hope everyone else is having a good day0 -
Have a nightmare tonight at 6.05pm body combat...I mustn't have had enough to eat during the day because I really thought I was going to faint from hunger! The second half of the class is a complete blur! Came home and could literally have inhaled the complete contents of my fridge and cupboards!
Thankfully the damage was restricted to my proper dinner of salmon, potatoes, broccoli and sweetcorn, a 115 cal Cadbury's Fudge, a 69 cal Milkybar, a slice of brown toast and 2 Ryvita Thins with Cheese! Sounds like loads when you write it all down! But according to the instructor we burnt up to 400 cals in the class so hopefully I haven't done too much damage to my weight loss goal. I will remember to eat more before going to my next class!Save 12k in 2014 (my target: £10 000):

I went to the gym today. I already feel like I'm getting fitter! After only 3 times going to the gym
I actually ran on the treadmill, usually I just walk fast. I ran for 40 seconds, slowed to a walk then ran for a minute, then walked. My ankles were sore after that though, and didn't take enough time to rest them between treadmill and cross trainer, so didn't last for long on cross trainer!
I done more intense exercise and more of it than previous, so pleased with that!0 -
Well done

Go for it! I must say I am really enjoying gym classes...I'm able to switch off from all ofmy worries when I'm there cos I'm concentrating so hard on keeping up with the moves. And I'm so knackered afterwards, I am sleeping like a baby at night! So many benefits!Save 12k in 2014 (my target: £10 000):

Oh, I wish I was sleeping like a baby, got sleep apnea so sleep with a hideous mask on and still feel on difference - always dead tired .. sigh....
I better go for that half a shake and of course will be THINKING about that zumba while going 150 over today's calories allowance
Great you enh=joy gym classes
It is good to find something that one can keep up on a permanent basis so one has to enjoy it - when something feels like a struggle... there is no point is there?
off to my not-allowed-shake now

Oh my poor you...I just had to google sleep apnea as I didn't know what it was...sounds like a bit of a nightmare

Motivated more for the gym at the moment as I have no money until payday to pay to do anything else!Save 12k in 2014 (my target: £10 000):

I have a major craving for some ginger pudding, is it cause I really want one or is it because on removing a rather manky half watermelon from my fridge there it was screaming my name?, "come on eat me, you still have calories left, I cant be that many........ eat me....... eat me"
Thing is I actually have over 700+ calories left today, I'm not starving or anything, I just want something SWEET!!!!
YDSMI wish I would take my own advice!0
