Why not add sugar free squash to water? It's practically no calories and makes it taste a lot better.

Yeah I doubt many people will see a difference in 3 days of any diet lol.

I am starving now, only had cereal so far, but I did get out of bed at 12pm lol. My driving lesson's tired me out, 2 hours driving round London/Borehamwood area and now my left leg aches a bit. But that could have also been the gym yesterday. My housemate wants to go again today!

I think I'm going to get a snack or some lunch before gym at 5pm. My food part of my diet starts today, so no chocolate, well apart from the weetos I have to finish off lol, but they're almost done!

Not the best day yesteday - had a mystery shop for a meal out and definataly over ate I think! Had a nice time though so trying not to be too harsh.
Gettingready - do you not like sugar free cordial or anything? I find water on it's own a little dull (though am managing a bit more of it) but can usually drink loads if there's a splash of cordial in it.

Day 1 for me, going well so far :j Haven't weighed myself yet though but will do tomorrow. More interested in dropping a dress size and getting fitter than worrying about losing a certain amount of weight though :D

Seeded toast with philadelphia for breakfast and an apple so far.

    Wohoooooo great start Xoxo:)

Podperson - not to worry, you enjoyed yourself ;)

Sharon - I am a tea/coffee person, do not like water/soft drinks at all ...

When I was working and doing Lipotrim - I had one bottle (1 litre) water on the bus to work, one at work before lunch, one between lunch and leaving and one on the way home so 4 litres a day... and the weight was dropping. Plus I was eiter going in or coming out of the loo of course LOL

Now at home... hard that water bit and I know that without it... hmmmm

My way of telling just how bad traffic has been is by how sore my ankles are! Hate stop-start traffic.

I figure that if I drop a dress size the weight must be coming off and I won't get depressed by having to get on the scales. ps. the seeded toast with phili sounds nice.

another day done and I whilst I'm still eating full meals :o I haven't snacked at all today (and snacking is my weak point) so I'm quite pleased. Every time I've gone to eat something I've made myself think 'Am I hungry?', to try and break my connection between boredom and eating. Done about 45 min of exercise today, and want to squeeze in 30min of yoga before the day ends.

    So far today foodwise:

Weetos with skimmed milk and a cup of tea with sweetener
Heinz chicken soup and 2 slices of wholewheat bread (the nimble sized ones)
    Apple

Dinner is going to be - chicken breast with a bit of nandos sauce (very few calories) and mango slices inserted into the top of the chicken breast, small bit of rice and peas. I've it once before, but with a lot more sauce than I'll be using this time. It was lovely, and I'm looking forward to having it again! I discovered it by using what I had left in the cupboard.

That's my way of thinking too. You see in a lot of threads on here people getting down when they first start exercising and eating properly because they put weight on rather than losing it because of the whole muscle weighing more than fat thing, so my thinking is i'd rather see the changes by dropping a dress size or 2 than aiming to lose a certain amount of weight which may not show results as fast.

Sharon that dinner sounds yummy! :D

That is it, I must have put MUSCLE on while walking over 15000 steps over the last 2 days ;)

have not eaten any dinner yet, too late for normal food, will have a shake instead

the problem with those shakes is.... i LOVE the chocolate SF one ...hmmmm

the tesco latte - 2 spoons are way too thick for a mug of milk, wayyyyyyy too thick.. putting just under 1.5 in.. to make it drinkable

also, like my skakes hot but both SF and tesco say mix with cold water - so what if I mix will hot water? will I kil something n there?

    anyone knows?

I'd guess it probably just tastes different, can't see how it would ruin it. Does it specifically say NOT to use hot water? Or does it just recommend cold? :D
