Ok so what I had today:

1 latte Tesco shake with 220 ml skimmed milk
1 chocolate slimfast shake with 220 skimmed milk
    5 clementines
half a cup of Jordan jumbo oats with 220 skimmed milk, shredded apple (granny smith) and cinamon - that was my "balanced meal" LOL
3 cups of tea (leaf not bags) with tablet sweetener

and that is it for today - that is a plan anyway, not to eat anything after 7pm

bad think - I did not drink water, ANY water. sould have drunk 2 litres..... will work on this tomorrow though....

    how is everyone else doing?

    Hope everyone's doing well.
    For day 2:
breakfast - one slice of toast
lunch - cereal bar (got home late)
tea - veggie chilli with jacket potato

Shoulder still too sore to start shred but did go for a walk. Also drinking more water and had my vitamin drink so doing ok I think.

Oh, and I also plan to be going to bed at semi-reasonable time...

Taking the mutt out now, then back home to have a bath and will be in bed by 10pm - with a book of course......

And I plan a treat for myself, when I drop down to 70kg - going to have my hair done (cut/highlights) - why not, huh?

    LOL

Got my steamer out, for those "healthy meals" in the evenings....

Ah - does anyone know where can I get green tea but leaf not tea bags? Also red tea - again leaf not tea bags?

And I mean leaf not granulated (yukkkkkkkk)

Looked at Tesco today but of course no luck... only simple granulated stuff and I want nie p[roper leaf tea....

    Ah, just remembered...

    http://www.whittard.co.uk/tea/flavoured_black_tea

ha ha ha - those reviews made me laugh:

    http://www.whittard.co.uk/tea/black_tea/pu-erh_tea/loose_pu-erh_125g_packet.htm

Pu-Earth tea is very good aid to slimming BUT it DOES absolutely stink......and I mean STINKS.. terribly...LOL

And, it is not supposed to go with milk/sugar - just black plain....

Used to get it in China Town in London... stank the whole flat up with just a cup.... LOL

    Still, will get some ;)

I did not have a single coffee today, not a single one..... I was so goooooooodddd, normally have about 10 a day and NONE today, just leaf tea, black, with a tablet swetener :)

I know if I don't add in treats I'll fall off the wagon by day 3 so I have been making meringues and butter free sponges for the freezer before I go back to work tomorrow. All the slightly iffy veg has been juiced. So looking forward to getting back into a routine!!

I have decided, tomorrow I will join the gym. I will go a few times a week, I'm currently not working, but will be late January. So I will make sure I still go when I get home from work.

Food changes don't start for another 3 days, I've been eating chocolates from Christmas today, but I've realised I can't eat as many as I use to lol. Maybe it's because they're good quality ones. On 5th they'll be going in a cupboard for a month, at least.

I am also going food shopping tomorrow, I have some veg in the house, but need more, also get a few 'lighter' treats, like fruit, crackerbread (19 cal per slice) and laughing cow light triangles (25 calories per triangle, that can spread onto 2 crackerbreads).

I am going to get some rice cakes to munch on , some almonds and peacan nuts...

Almonds are great if you leave them in a glass of water overnigfht, in the morning just peel the brown skin off them with your nail hehehehe and they are so softttttttttttttttttt and lovely then....

Not going to get any of SF snaks, waste of money on those, just going to have some fruits and steamed veg...
