Roundtuit - it was very rude of our motivation to go on holiday without asking us if we'd like to go!!

Accounts up to date to today. One major hot spot cleared. Just helping DD with her piano practise which is interesting as she's on grade 4 and I only ever made it to 3 (not got a clue!:p).

Off out to a friends house tonight so need to wake myself up :j:j:j. That's better :rotfl:.

Bit of s/s before I go - see you in the morning xx

I'm exhausted - I've wrapped no more prezzies and I need to do them before tomorrow evening but I'm just too tired tonight. I slept from 9-12 last night then was awake for the rest of the night coughing - I'm just waiting for 8 when the kids go to bed so I can go as well. I'll have to wrap in the morning or tomorrow evening before I go although I'm having tea at my mum's first so I won't have a lot of time. I haven't packed either or written any cards for work. This cold has a lot to answer for! I'll probably just keep all the Cubs and Beavers awake at the weekend!

Poohbear - glad you've got your power back.

Catch you all tomorrow possibly or if not Sunday if I'm not just collapsed in a heap.

Jue sorry you feel so grim, hope you get some sleep tonight, would you like me to do the lists next week?

Getting way behind here so I'll do tomorrow's list and then create my own mega plan for the next 3/4 days I think

    Hello everyone,

I went to work this morning having gone to the appeal yesterday. I thought I would be able to work on my christmas plans and write my shopping list but I had 11 phone messages and 14 emails. This is unheard of and I only just got it all done in 3 hours. I've got so used to having nothing to do at work - this is going to seriously compromise me!

Jue - I hope you get a good night's sleep and feel better in the morning.
LW - I'm seriously impressed at your organisation. I go in fits and starts - I think it may have something to do with how much wine I consume :o
Dancemum - Glad your lurgy is leaving in good time for Christmas

The littlies went to a friends house for tea so I headed to the shops for some last minute shopping. I can't believe how many sales have started. I managed to get a new home phone with 3 handsets for $34 (no pound sign).

DH is back and is on his works Christmas Do tonight. I will sleep in DD1's bedroom. We got to Blackpool tomorrow to see the Panto, I haven't packed yet so I best get off here!

I have just ironed todays washing!

Went to look at shorts then Mr M's then made tea then took DD to guitar lesson and nipped to the shop to pay for the shorts and get student discount then picked DD up then went food tasting (£5 to kitchen fund)
    *and breathe*
I've been asked to help out at the school xmas fair tomorrow so I shan't be around until later...

    Morning all

Great news this morning Woody can walk again! So that has saved the money from visiting the vet.

Carol concert at school this morning and early finish for the boys.

Have a good day one and all

Although no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending.... life is a WIP.

  • Dustykitten - thanks for asking DD1 is doing OK at the moment - fretting about having no income (DLA was stopped in July) - we are currently filling out the forms for a fresh claim...

Glad to hear your DS got his coursework sorted...... kids eh?

And a huge THANKYOU to Martin and the MSE team - I happened to notice from the front page that the Soap and glory offer was back at Boots as of today! So as of 6am I had ordered one for collection in store on Wednesday! DD2 was miffed at missing out last year ...she won't be this year!

I don't feel so good today - tummy's a bit off. I would ring in sick but I've got the present for the leaver so I have to go in..... Thank goodness we finish today....
    :jFlylady and proud of it:j
