Boys came back and fitted the hall and are coming back today to do the beading and like the tacks. It has wee balls of fluff coming out of it because it's not tacked down

Freegle (we don't have freecycle here anymore I don't think) came and like I took the spare bookcase to the charity shop. I also got a 'new' leather sofa on Tuesday late at night so half killed myself yanking that upstairs . Still ache today

And my friend hasn't phoned or been in touch so am worried and upset. Haven't spoke to her for over a week but sure she's fine. Had one email and emailed her back but like she doesn't phone every day anymore. She was really critical the other week and it got quite scary

I'm grumpy today. Think it's PMT LOL. Bummer. Pants pants pants. MM said he was lazy the other day over something (can't recall what) so I've been coming down on him like a tonne of bricks. Fact is he medicalises stuff way too much. Like he gets a little grumpy or upset at volunteering and he's not grumpy or annoyed he's 'agitated'. Like hello....if you're that bad you'll never get a job though I suspect it's the former.

Like yesterday we had a donation from a UB40 I know who stunk with sweat and who knows what really bad and like I said to the boss in front of customers that she was especially 'fragrant' and he firmly said 'we don't talk about customers in front of customers' so I went in to my shell for a few minutes but I never once thought I was paranoid (even though I was tired) :mad:

So yeah tis me. Off now to do the washing up then the ironing. Pray I don't spend too much on food shopping this week as don't have much. Roll on next month and money :money

Yep, I'm with you there! Money has to be a bit elastic here too, this month, but so far it has succeeded and we aren't going hungry so I have nothing to complain about.

I love that you have a new carpet AND a 'new' leather sofa. Sorry about the aches though. You will be forced to relax on said sofa to ease them.

Hoping things sort out with your friend. Maybe she was just having some off days.

Just to let folk know I've gotten a 'yellow card' from MSE Andrea for who knows what (she hasn't the decency to say) so what with potentially quitting the e-cigs in a few weeks and now not being welcome on here I'm going to be forum less.

Why they don't give yellow cards to the bullies I've no idea. I just know I 'aint a bully (thought I know where to find them on here :P) and I don't need to brown nose a mod to make my point heard
