How about a wee walk after dinner just to get your exercise started? Or a bike ride? Nothing too long, just so you know you have started the exercise. (It's easier to keep it up then!)

Bad news about the SB...I really wanted a microprocessor thing with it that would enable a more consistent vape...but I think he's only including the extension sleeve ....pants pants pants...

A heap of batteries (that are probably half dead), 1 charger, the extension sleeve (worth £16) and I probably still have to buy the extension sleeve (it's called a kick sleeve for some reason. the microprocessor is called the kick).... and it's even the wrong colour for my liking (....pants pants pants...

Family probs getting me down basically.

Sent DS a reasonable text on Thursday. She said if I sent her a 'nice' text (i.e not honest) she would reply. Fact is she hasn't and that has sent me off on one. Sure the family are out to do me harm ....and they work for the govt so it's everyone else as well. And well I just feel so depressed with it all...

It's going to take me a while to get over this it looks like:(

Things with DS never tend to go well do they? In fact, to the extent that if you can mentally/emotionally take a step back when dealing with her, that might help. I know that sounds awful but you know what she's like so maybe you have to remind yourself even more that that just what she's like, she can be a bit ***** at times and that will get under your skin.

Easier said than done I know.

Texts and emails can be mis-read, I suppose that's what happened. If for some reason she took it badly, all you can do is say something like 'sorry if that came across in a way I didn't intend, I didn't mean it to. Hope you're okay?' and the next step is up to her.

Och I have no idea with DS Miggy. I mean Ma has had similar probs with her siblings and they just collude both of them. All DM does is moan. Moan about least little thing. Say how wonderful DS is. That's about it. Drives me potty!!!

And they forget that because of their behaviour I'm having a relapse. Then there's the lazy Michael More who says that he can't afford to text (not even one page to see how I'm doing) and yet has the bank of Dad. He forgets it's all about him. Maybe I did insult DS by calling her a narcissist but she does need help.

Sorry I've not been online. Just been resting. Had a bad day on Saturday and now emerging at whatever time this is to check MSE etc. It's roasting. Lower temps? What ya on about? I'm roasting. I've had like the window open all day and it's still 24c!!! And that's in the lounge :eek:

So yeah this is me waking up. So many places to give the last £20 of my tithe that I haven't allocated tomorrow. Hope I'm well enough to get to volunteering on Wednesday and get food shop tomorrow.

Good to have you back. Good that you got a rest day though.

Sorry I can't help smiling at you calling DS a narcissist. I have a few names I wanted to apply to X but it's probably as well I didn't. I did have something that needed to be said though and thankfully that was said and is now in the open. It's knowing when to speak and when be silent... never an easy one. Sometimes I've been very glad I've said nothing (when a fuller picture has emerged) and sometimes I should have said nothing. Anyway - as regards DS I think maybe that's her problem and you need to look after you, IYSWIM.

Where did you get the hot weather from? It's cooler down here today. Send me some down, there's a dear. Then I can have all the washing dried by tonight.
