So phone them up and say you want it back. If not, you will report it as fraudulent transaction. They either did it deliberately or accidently - if they did it deliberately, then they will do it again. If accidently, then they will have no hesitation in refunding you.
Get cash out...
i hope... she is phoning them tommorow
yep but it doesnt always work like that :rolleyes:0 -

i really feel like cancelling my holiday... i am pants with money i always will be.... i am really really annoyed  i wanna kill someone    that someone being me... oh and i have no driving lesson this week and i am emptying my car savings no way will i be able to run a car... i am in cookoo land
Pap, hun, (((hugs))) for you.
Now, tell me where in all this you have been pants with money?! You are an absolute star with money - clearing your debts and saving up for things, whilst supporting your family in their problems. It is your mum who is living in cuckoo land if she thinks this situation is ok, it isn't and frankly I think its disgusting!! If they weren't supposed to take the extra £100 I really hope you'll get it back off them... if they say it was arranged then your mum must have known  Please please please don't let her failings get you down... she isn't very mature when it comes to money from what you've said and its not fair that she lets that impact on you.
You will learn to drive, you will run a car, you will get a better job and you will be able to afford to move out... I know it! The alternative is to give in, admit defeat and let things get worse... that's not the pap we've seen lately!! And please, if you mean that about killing yourself, please see someone to talk to. I might be overreacting to something you said in the heat of the moment but if not please don't let it get worse... I've seen how that is.
Take care of yourself and rant as much as you need!

thanks kath ~ i am pants with money because i just spent all my paypal money... i am pants with money because people walk over me... i am pants with money because i am stupid enough to let others have there way... she has just come in my room and she is now working tom and will give me the money (well £40) i told her thats not the point the point is i have to do this in the first place, and i told her (well shouted at her) i seem to be suporting everyone and i cant do it anymore) she just slumped off...
kath i will do all of that but not very quickly... i havent given it but i am sick of money i am sick of looking at the stuff i am sick of working for the stuff and i just wanna live on the moon and get away from everything. I wont do anything stupid but i am fed up of everything, work, home, job, money, life, family... i just dont know anymore... i think whats made it worse id i have had aspartamne (additives they put in drink) it either makes me hypo or depressed and this clock changing hasnt helped.... grr why cant life be simple?
beeanie i have explained it all in this thread... basicly she wasnt paying and the baliffs were threatened so i pay it instead of paying rent/house keeping. I cant phone she has to... i told her if she doesnt get the payment reversed i will cancel my card and then not pay and i will give her the money instead... if they take all my stuff i will get a solicitor and get them sued... grrrr0 -
Hi Posting. Couldnt help reading this and getting upset for you. I dont think youre rubbish with money but I think you still need to take control with your finances. It sounds like a confusing mess and only you know how to straighten it out. Have you got internet banking? Because if you have then you can cancel a direct debit. Its your bank account, you should have control over it. I dont think you should give your mum your card at all. It would be better not to send off your parcels than give the card to her. Could you not manage to get to the Post Office before or after work yourself or is there someone you trust who would take the parcels? Your family seem to have got you all ways but you made a start on the saying no and control recently and you have to continue it. I think you should take away all the power over your bank account from everyone except yourself. Dont pay her bills by direct debit. Let her set up her own direct debit with her bank and make it conditional whether you give her any money each month. If you feel that you are going to be evicted or something, then write her one cheque and then review it next month. I am still thinking about this but please dont let her have your cards anymore and tell her not to worry about posting your parcels because whats the advantage of selling stuff on ebay if she is going to profit from you by sending the stuff off?You might as well not bother. The forest would be very silent if no birds sang except for the birds that sang the best0

Also, I think you should start thinking about cash. If you still want her to post your parcels then give her a tenner or something and ask about the change. If she is not doing it as a favour but wants to get something out of it then you would be better timing your sales so that posting them coincides with your day off work. You can do that with ebay. The forest would be very silent if no birds sang except for the birds that sang the best0

Dont be beaten Posting. Dont let them win. You will feel a lot better if you carry on being strong. Stick your cash card inside your bra or something. The forest would be very silent if no birds sang except for the birds that sang the best0

thanks tes... yep i have internet banking thats how i noticed it. Sadly its not a direct debit but a point of sale (like a shop purchase) so i cant cancel it the dca has controlalso i have stopped with ebay now... so no parcels anymore, just one to send tommrow and i will do that before swimming, i really want to change my bank to a building society but i dont think they do direct debits? then no one but me can get cash
i think she thinks i owe her something because i get lifts home with her, but thats changing now as its light again so i will be getting the bus in and out 99% of the time :T dont get upset for me, i am fine

Remember you will feel a whole lot worse if she takes your card for food tomorrow, so do something to stop it before its too late. You dont have a lot of money, you cant afford to keep subsidising other people. From the sound of it, she doesnt even buy the food you like. The forest would be very silent if no birds sang except for the birds that sang the best0

In that case I think you should close your bank account and take out all the money. Tell your mother what you are doing and that you do not intend to give her any more money. Open a new account. The Alliance & Leicester are quite good. Remember that no one can set up a direct debit on an account of yours without your permission.
Hope you dont mind me asking this Posting but does your mum work? What kind of an income does she have of her own? If we knew this it would be easier to advise you.The forest would be very silent if no birds sang except for the birds that sang the best0
