i am in deep deep poo now... ok i am not but i am sooo not happy... i havent got my college money anymore... i logged on tonight (to bank) to pay some of my credit card bill with the money and then save the rest and the stuipd dca of my mum has taken 2 payment £200.00 :mad: i am fuming i know when they would have done it... and she knew too but she is as layed back as anything :mad: :mad: :mad: also i have no money left in my paypal account i really feel like cancelling my holiday... i am pants with money i always will be.... i am really really annoyed :mad: i wanna kill someone :mad: :mad: :mad: that someone being me... oh and i have no driving lesson this week and i am emptying my car savings no way will i be able to run a car... i am in cookoo land

If they have taken a direct debit they shouldn't have - you go to your bank and tell them you want it back. It's part of the direct debit guarantee.

ztd they do it as a pos so i suppose they type all the gumph into a machine every month... because of this giving up (or not for me) money for lent i havent been checking my accounts... big mistake... i doubt they will give it back now... i will be fine without it (just hope i have to money next month or the following for college) but i havent told my mum that it just makes me fuming... the worst part is she said she is going to 'borrow' my card (bank card) to buy food this week... she wont tommorow i am changing the pins on them (she knows them all ~ i know i know) :mad:

It's no good saying you know. You should never do that, as you have no control over who she tells.

yes but i am stupid, i know that... she wont tell anyone and the problem is she will take my card (with my permission) to send all my ebay parcels when i am at work, so it works both ways

So phone them up and say you want it back. If not, you will report it as fraudulent transaction. They either did it deliberately or accidently - if they did it deliberately, then they will do it again. If accidently, then they will have no hesitation in refunding you.
