Ermmm.. WHUT!!!
so from what i can gather..
1. this geezers car is hit by a stone/debris
2. breaks a window on the nearside? even tho this other driver is in lane 2? if so that must mean the stone broke all laws of physics in managing to smash a nearside window..
3. the TP drivers insurers have basically said bog off your getting nowt.
PLease do tell us when this/if this goes to small claims.. i need a good laugh..
What evidence have you got that this other car caused the damage?Sealed pot challenger # 10

I believe that I was targeted car colour / number plate: the causer knew the results that could happen. I had not figured this motive after the Police visit. A person reminded me by a joke about my car colour. There have been other instances about my car's unusual car colour. This and the number plate make it stand out. The car colour / number plate social network imho.0

Is your vehicle left hand drive.
Which window was broken, front driver, front passenger ?
Did you see the stone coming towards you.
Confirm you were in the left hand lane and had just been overtaken in the right hand lane.
What speed were you travelling at.
Car is manufactured for British roads, thus it is right hand drive.
Front driver car window.
I saw the car off-road with debris going mad in the air and then the broken glass sound.
Yes I was on the left hand lane and the causer swerving from right hand into the grass verge (summer rubble) going half-car to a car in front just before the incident.
I was under the speed limit.0 -

The causer's car was not on right hand lane, it was on the grass verge (rubble) at incident time. If car goes off-road you expect stone/debris being civil and managed?0 -
Did to leave to the left or right side?0

You really are a star, you can tell the difference as to when rubble is being civil and ant-social :rotfl: this one really did fly over the cuckoo's nest :A0
