    Where's the evidence?

Corporate Racism these days is done in weasel style to hide the evidence.
  • Don't bother with court. You'll be jailed for contempt if you act like this.

    You jest right?

Tell us what happened init all of it.

If you cannot learn from my experience, then you have to experience it yourself - bit difficult unless you change yourself.

I'm learning a lot about special needs and for that I thank you.

Small claims court is a civil law procedure. Don't apply for the Citizens Advice Bureau or the Law Centre legal roles.

'Corporate Racism' - I have faced it several times, it comes in various disguises. These days it is weasel style and all over including same race.
Ok, we need some more information really:
    What colour is your car?
    What colour is your numberplate?
What colour was the causers car?

And most importantly what colour was the rock?

I think you have a strong case - if you let me know the time and place of your appearance court I will gladly public gallery appear in support of your moral and gracious victory.

Corporate weasel racism is indeed a blight on the lives of many.

  • A car in lane 2 leaves the carriageway so off side wheels. Yet your car is damaged in lane 1?

    And this is racist?

Did you Tell the plod this?
  • Suddenly on a near empty dual lane carriageway on the fast lane, for a few seconds a car went off-road towards the barrier where there's grit and loose stones enough to have the grit / stones become airborne and smash the nearside car window on the slow lane.

    There were not any witnesses.

If I sue their insurer in the small claims court, is my case justified on it's merits? Their insurer has threatened ordering their legal costs to be paid if I loose the case.

No idea what the merits are until you provide more detail.

Is your vehicle left hand drive.

Which window was broken, front driver, front passenger ?

Did you see the stone coming towards you.

Confirm you were in the left hand lane and had just been overtaken in the right hand lane.

What speed were you travelling at.
