Small claims court is a civil law procedure. Don't apply for the Citizens Advice Bureau or the Law Centre legal roles.

A car in lane 2 leaves the carriageway so off side wheels. Yet your car is damaged in lane 1?

Did you see the stone coming towards you.

Confirm you were in the left hand lane and had just been overtaken in the right hand lane.

What speed were you travelling at.
