what do you mean, "not relevant"?

are you saying that if i gaffa tape over my speedometer i can go as fast as i like because i don't actually "know" i'm going over the speed limit?

    you sir, are an idiot.

What I am saying is that you are falsifying / fictionalising.

Where did the business card come from?

Look chap, if you want help tell us the fully story.

When incidents / accidents to do with vehicles happen and when parties decide to exchange details, some also give a business card.

  • you are saying that the speed you drove at in order to catch up with the causer of the incident is "not relevant", also that whatever speed you attained is unverified, despite you giving a very precise account of the speed the causer attained - 76mph.

he was "speeding", you would have had to go faster than him to catch him up. why is this not relevant.

also, if you had to get the causer's details via his reg plate,, how exactly did you come to be in possession of the causer's business card?

I have been alerted to this thread by one of my colleagues. We deal with cases of racially aggrivated car window assault and would like to speak with you further.

I believe you have a very strong case and should have no difficulty obtaining compensation, be aware however that it is not advised to turn up to court in a white car, or a black car, or whatever colour of car the judge does not like.

Can you pass on the contact details of this racist to me, along with a cheque for £150 and we will get things moving?
  • I'll do it for a straight £100 and I'll win.

  • Crack and powder by the sound of it.
  • The thread has become non-productive because my OP question is left unanswered and I am getting weasel style racial prejudice. I am going to answer the other messages in next few minutes and then logging out for the day from this forum.
