And they are two brand new members to the MSE community as a result from your race attack. Not trying to trivialise the window mechanism event but keep that up and Mr Lewis may be personally offering you a job.
  • Even if their speedo says 76mph it is likely they were only doing around 70mph in reality. Most speedos over-read.
    Thinking critically since 1996....

The laws of physics state if the causer is speeding and you catch him up, you must be speeding too. Make sure the judge don't think you're the causer. It's easy to get confused.

I think you are not accepting the fact that I cannot not verify my speed at that stage nor infact the causer's, there were other circumstances you are ignoring: hazard lights, traffic lights, slowing traffic and that the Police were called the second time they visited me.

In you first sort you said they didn't visit.
Suddenly on a near empty dual lane carriageway on the fast lane, for a few seconds a car went off-road towards the barrier where there's grit and loose stones enough to have the grit / stones become airborne and smash the nearside car window on the slow lane.

    There were not any witnesses.

Causer disputed/disputes liability and is supported by their insurer.

Police were called at the time, though they refused to visit.

I believe my car colour / number plate at the incident and their personal racism (causer) / corporate racism (their insurer) has something to do with it.

Based on the past correspondence, causer before and their insurer later were being frivolous, vexatious and racially harassing (weasel style).

Police were called again when I corresponded with the causer.

If I sue their insurer in the small claims court, is my case justified on it's merits? Their insurer has threatened ordering their legal costs to be paid if I loose the case.
  • hazard lights are not an excuse to exceed the speed limit under any circumstances.

They are if you are in hot pursuit of a causer.
