Car Window Smashed by Off-Road Driving

you are saying that the speed you drove at in order to catch up with the causer of the incident is "not relevant", also that whatever speed you attained is unverified, despite you giving a very precise account of the speed the causer attained - 76mph.
he was "speeding", you would have had to go faster than him to catch him up. why is this not relevant.
also, if you had to get the causer's details via his reg plate,, how exactly did you come to be in possession of the causer's business card?
76mph at the time the causer went off-road, I believe deliberately to cause me harm. It is not the speed when he continued after the hit and smash.
So it is your imagination going wild.
Where did I say that I had only car registration number because the causer slowed / stopped when he saw / heard me.0 -

Give the business card to your insurance and let them sort it, Thats what you pay them for.
Sorted.
If you ever read what the causer told their insurer or what emails he sent, you would be surprised.
I am third party fire and theft insured not comprehensive insured, I have been told by my insurer they cannot help.0 -
As I said before tell up the whole story.
In order and in a format we can understand.
Enjoy you day on the lash.0 -

Funny enough wife thinks my speedos over- read, by about 6 inches........:whistle:0 -

There were not any witnesses.
Causer disputed/disputes liability and is supported by their insurer.
Police were called at the time, though they refused to visit.
I believe my car colour / number plate at the incident and their personal racism (causer) / corporate racism (their insurer) has something to do with it.
Based on the past correspondence, causer before and their insurer later were being frivolous, vexatious and racially harassing (weasel style).
Police were called again when I corresponded with the causer.
If I sue their insurer in the small claims court, is my case justified on it's merits? Their insurer has threatened ordering their legal costs to be paid if I loose the case.
There is some weasel style corporate racism in my case, The fault now is with their insurer as they are ignoring key facts. I would be grateful for someone with qualification or experience in small claims court to answer my question please.0 -

I don't know what you mean? Could you please stop rebounding with glee after seeing my plight.0 -
Why is it racist?
As yet you have provided no evidence.0 -
'Corporate Racism' - I have faced it several times, it comes in various disguises. These days it is weasel style and all over including same race.0
