I work with a lot of people from different cultures and never have heard weasel style mentioned, even when I worked in the care profession, the Care in the Community Act failed to mention weasel style.0

No pulling the wool over your eyes is there? Bear in mind though that corporate weasels can never rise above the second party.watercooling wrote: »In car insurance, please could someone clarify this: I/my car (incident victim in this case) am First Party the causer/their car (in this case) is the Third Party? I wish the OP would explain why this is racism? I'm a white British 30 something male, I experience every type of discrimination going and then some. I cannot see or understand why this described incident could possibly be construed as racist?“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

Post 1 says it was nearside window but a few posts on it hinders using car parks?Badger_Lady wrote: »Is that everything?
You missed the bit about breaching the highway code by using hazard lights on a moving vehicle, which has the obvious effect of negating any claim against the causer anyway.0 -

Not sure what you mean?
So if (hypothetically) someone pulls out of a side road directly in front on me and I hit them, the impact throwing me over a double solid white line, then ive broken the HWC and can't claim on my insurance?“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

Oh, never mind. You're taking this thread too seriously.0 -

And the fact to op was speeding, using the phone and writing the reg no down at the same time.0 -
Thats it after 7 pages I can now confirm you are a mental retard! The thought of you being out there somewhere on the roads in charge of a lethal machine terrifies me!watercooling wrote: »My case if it goes to small claims court is about Corporate Racism (weasel style) from their insurer.0 -
OK, I am usually just an avid reader/lurker on MSE but this thread caught my eye enough to get me to register.... at long last.
My curiosity finally got the better of me and I just had to have a google for 'weasel style' and by using google images came across a few web sites showing tiny bikinis, or as they call em 'micro bikinis' (go try it). So for that alone I am extremely thankful to the op for raising the subject. On the other hand the op imo is a total fruitcake and should be used for medical research.
But seriously - Watercooling if you do take the case to court, please count me in for a seat in the gallery.0 -

Watercooling, pls meet wouldbeqaulitymoneysaver. I think you two might get on well together.
