4. The causer admitted that their speed was 76mph which is illegal and also has said that the car went off-road. This should be enough for their insurer to compensate me though they are not doing this. I believe they would give compensation in similar circumstance to 'same race as them' persons.

You claim is a car targeted you racially, But you wont tell us why. I think thats rubbish.

The causer has admitted that they were doing 76mph which is illegal. They also have put that they went off-road. Now don't you think this is enough evidence that says that car window smashing as a result is very likely to happen?

I want some justice. Am I going to get it at the Small Claims Court or will it also be Corporate Racism (weasel style)?

In car insurance, please could someone clarify this: I/my car (incident victim in this case) am First Party the causer/their car (in this case) is the Third Party? When it is said that a policy is Third Party, Fire and Theft, could someone clarify this: Fire and Theft covers me/my car being victim (First Party) so actually it is Third Party (accident/incident), Fire and Theft First Party?

I enquired with my insurer and they said that my policy is not Comprehensive, it is Third Party Fire and Theft, so I am not covered.

I spoke at the start with my insurer about this without going into details so your guessing is basically being used for victimising.
