OP, you should not have been drifting up the dual carriageway, it is cleary dangerous driving. I assume you were drifting, as it is the only way a stone from the french drain on the central reservation could smash your nearside window if you were in the slow lane, racist or otherwise.
Are you sure that you as the causee, are not infact at fault in some way and therefore the causer, albeit maybe not weally weasely?
