The written communication from me to causer and their insurer was mostly through a long spiritual prayer email address, thus what I am saying is I don't have the same majority background. I hope the judge takes my spiritual affiliation kindly and does not discriminate against me if the case goes to small claims court using Corporate Racism (weasel style) against me just as the causer and their insurer have done.

The causer went on grass verge (rubble) from the right hand lane.
  • you are making no sense, you think your car colour is being used racially against you? because of its destinctiveness? can you please explain, what colour is your car, what make is your car.

I wouldn't worry about the judge in the small claims court, they attend regular training sessions in all forms of diversity etc and can easily distinguish the difference between the weasel style and stoat forms of defence

You will find that one is weasely identified......and the other is stoatly different :rotfl:
  • I can understand the typers issue, as my car was recently assaulted by a racist weasel

I believe that I was targeted car colour / number plate: the causer knew the results that could happen.

Oh yes! many people get targeted to break someones window at 76 mph on a dual carriageway, it happens every day. :T:rotfl:

Think you need to get back under your bridge.

Please refer to forum rules and I apologise if this is a surprise to you, I am not prepared as yet to give personal identifiable information due to for example there not being an internet driving licence for users, I don't know you and if I may say there is not your legal authority figure proof.
