Can I ask for my postman to be changed?-parcel now LOST!

  • And how exactly would that help him do his job properly?! !!!!!!, I can see maybe giving him the benefit of the doubt at the beginning of this thread, but now 3 of my parcels have been lost thanks to this man not filling in a simple form correctly!
    Please excuse my bad spelling and missing letters-I post here using either my iPhone or rathr rubbishy netbook, neither of whch have excellent keyboards! Sorry!

    2 were due to a simple error on the card and retention diffrences
    that wll be negated soon with the equalisation of all product retention periods.
    the 3rd you are assuming its the postie. items can and are misfiled within the locker(where you collect your items)

    It it was a 'simple error' why does the postman keep making it?

    Sounds more like a simple postman to me.

    where has it been shown they have?
    from what I read the last P739 was fully filled in with recorded.packet,requires a signature etc
    unless you know different?

    ... but they never arrived back with the sellers in china and Thailand. Of course I only have their words for it, some eBay sellers can be very shady, equally, so can some countries postal services. I've accepted that I've list those items and their values now, I just want to avoid further losses.
    I think that's part of the problem then. From a UK seller, they would have to refund you unless they could prove tracked delivery and if they hadn't got it back, they claim off RM. It should work the same internationally, they claim from their home postal service but I bet it falls apart when you try and get a proof of delivery signature between two postal services. IIRC, going the other way, RM would get a signature once they handed it over to ForeignPost and after that it's assumed delivered and sender has no come back.
    I need to think of something new here...
  • Why should you be able to ask for the postman to be taken off your route. It's you who is wrong, not the postie.

    And no you can't, it's none of your business who does what route
