I sent an email on Thursday complaining after 2 of my Princettas shed loads of leaves and bracts when I unwrapped them. They actually took 3 days longer to arrive than the other one, which only took 1 day, and that was OK according to my sister. The gardenia and the 3 small ones were OK. Anyway I've had an email back saying 'We can confirm a credit voucher will be sent to compensate you for this issue.' To be honest I'd sooner have a refund, I may not purchase from them until summer next year, and the credit voucher may not be valid long. Anyone else asked for refund?0

I have had to have a refund, I ordered four pricettas and two were looking sick after a day and now the other two are dying, my free minis are also dying. They are all in different homes so its not bad care, and they have refunded two of them and sent a voucher which is for £5 and which expires on 31st Dec, won't be using them for plants again0

Happy to report that although the princettas that I ordered were replaced by gardenias, both recipients were very very happy with them. Phew!0

I ordered a standard Gardenia as a present before the Chrsitmas deals were posted on MSE. I received the three mini Princettias free. I was so pleased with these that I placed another order for a full size Princettia, a Hibiscus, a Cyclamen, a Hyacinth basket and received another three mini princettias free as well.
Bearing in mind that the first three princettias arrived over a week before the second lot, they all still looked great when I gave them as gifts within the last week.
The plants were dispatched quickly (as per email confirmation) and were left in my porch whilst I was out, so no issues with delivery. I got everything I ordered and the plants are all looking good.
I am very happy with the great value presents that were all warmly received:j.0 -
Have had feedback from two more relatives, all plants now dead arrived brown with leafs falling off. As yet I have had no plants delivered alive. ITS SO EMBARASSING. Will be on the case first thing Wednesday morning.0

Ordered a Anthurium Mini Bouquet which is very good. As others have said the hyacinths were rather yellow but hopefully this is due to lack of light & they will soon recover.
In my opinion it was very good value for money.0 -
I ordered three of the Princettias as gifts and the mini Princettia for myself. Everyone has said that the Princettias they received were fine. I have seen my mums and it looks lovely - no complaints at all. My mini Princettias are thriving. Very happy - everything was fine and delivered well before Chrismas.0

Mixed reviews then , sorry for those who's arrived dead , majority seem pleased with their's though so a good offer on the whole as majority are pleased for the price & may have something to do with Royal Mails treatment of the plant or weather conditions , hope you all get refunds who weren't pleased with theirs and surely relatives won't blame you as the thought and gesture was still there as in you expected them to be sent nice healthy plants as gifts!0
