I too have emailed their customer services regarding either a refund or replacement but have heard nothing so far! My Dad promises me his plant was and still is in perfect health but my Princettia was on it's last legs when I received it and is now all but dead despite following the care instructions to the letter:mad:

I donnt think the left knows what the right is doing there. When I asked for replacement other than what was sent I was told no sorry insufficient stock to do that This makes me even more annoyed now.0

They're on holiday. Their customer service is usually excellent

I am confused. I never got the princettia-said they were sending something else to same value or more.
However all I seem to have is a £5 off voucher a minimum purchase off a £20 gift from another company.
Has anyone else had the same thing happen0 -
I gave up hope today and emailed to complain about my princettia and the cyclamen bellisima that I had sent to my mother. There are plenty of companies who are able to send plants and flowers through the post so I'm not sure why T&M gifts are struggling

Thompson and Morgan must have plants coming out of their ears but because at the time of ordering £20 worth of plants/hyacinths I must have missed to tick some box re the free plant they are not going to honour this free gift.
They could see I had spent more than the £18 to qualify-I cannot see why they are prepared to lose customer goodwill over this.
Unfortunately I cannot refer to the website as to what should have happened as it has been taken down.
I would not lose customer goodwill over this. I ordered quite late on a night, when tired if they are going to hold customers to ransom like this -well-quite simply they will lose a lot of custom.0 -

I ordered a plant to be sent to my Nan, and I received myself a voucher in the post as part of that order.
So, no that isn't your replacement, it's part of the original order.0 -

Well I have been emailing the lovely people at Thompson and Morgan back and forth now for the last two days and initially they offered me a £10 voucher off things on their website .
I said I would prefer them to send me a plant of their choosing to the value of £5 and to use the other half of the voucher for post and package.
They have offered to send me a gardenia shrub foc in March which I am happy to accept.
I said I would let you know.
They end 2011 with their customer goodwill intact -for me at least. I hope everyone else who is feeling unhappy with their product/.service get a suitable result0
