I only bought two (at different times) - the tete a tete basket and the "Grace Begonia. Both went directly to the recipients and both were very happy (and surprised!) I have seen the Begonia as it was for Mum and it looks lovely). They both arrived with three days of being ordered (although as the recipients live in Suffolk, it probably helped!). I'm very pleased, so thanks to the OP for posting this (as I wouldn't have known about this otherwise) and I hope T&M will run this offer again.0

Thanks OP. I bought 6 of these plants on 2 different days and everyone who received them was very happy with them. I got a hyacinth for myself and it is blooming beautifully on my kitchen window sill.0

I ordered 2 plants on 13th December...one for myself and one as a gift. Neither arrived; payment hasn't been taken...but I received is 2 letters confirming my orders bfore Christmas...I give up and would certainly not consider ordering from them again!0

My experience is 50/50 :undecided:undecided
The Princetta was a dead loss though to be fair I put that down to the Royal Mails handling of it but the red hibiscus is looking fab (apparently:)). One was delivered to the north west and the other to the south coast and the one coming further north, well...........
Anyway after emailing the company last week and patiently awaiting a response, they have today replied to advise that they will be refunding me for the Princetta.:)
I'm happy with that and have to say I would try them again but I'll do a little more research and choose plants that can withstand the Royal Mails handling:o

I bought 4 hibiscus each to be delivered to different recipients. They all arrived Xmas week with card and correct message enclosed. My free princetta trio has also arrived and two are great but one is a little sad. All I can say is that I was very pleased with the service and the plants especially for the price. Thank OP and thanks T & M. I would definitely use them again0
