Just wanted to update this, finally remembered to ask my Nan if her plant(princetta) was ok and apparently it is still going strong0

MIL was thrilled with her hyacinths & even Mr GG and his brother commented on them. Ideal for her as she is losing her sight, so fragrance was great
.
Narcissis basket also v popular with friend - loads of flowers and lasted ages, will be doing next yearA positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

Just wondered how everyone's Princettias are doing. Mine is thriving and is beginning to produce pink bracts:j. It's been on a sunny windowsill for most of the year (I say sunny!
.....) but I've now moved it away from the window. Thinking of re-potting it.

I killed my Princettias off, ditto the Hibiscus. I only had the free mini Princettias though. My Christmas cactus is still going strong, probably thriving on neglect. I will definitely do it again next year. The Hyacinths were lovely and so was the Hibiscus while it lasted!
I can grow most things outside but am not good with houseplants so it is my fault rather than theirs that my Hibiscus died.0 -
My hibiscus never flowered and ended up dying. I did water and feed it but it never looked healthy. I'll not be buying from T and M again.0

Thats a pity about your hibiscus, mine was beautiful until it died of neglect.0 -
I kept two. The cyclamen, which I put in the garden, started flowering again about a month ago, and the mini princettias flowered for 5 months. I repotted them, and stuck them in the greenhouse, and they're looking good. Not sure if I'll get the bracts again, but well worth it. Granny srill has the hibiscus, which is now in a shady spot in the garden, and she's confident it'll flower again0
