My plant came in a bot of a sorry state but I emailed them, explained and requested a refund. Got a reply apologising and that a refund would be issued to the card I paid with. No fuss and therefore not a lost customer.0

Hi lissadenton - I had the same problem - didn't receive the free gift - very annoying. Have now been credited for the 2 dead Princettias though but will not order from T&M again.0

My plant arrived in a terrible condition. I asked for a replacement and was told this wasn't possible and they just refunded me instead.0

I purchased 2 tree peonies from them in the spring and they were rubbish, never saw the going of them just recycled themselves into the ground. Should have learnt my lesson but ordered loads this Christmas tried to cancel but was told too late. BIG MISTAKE. Wonnt be buying from them again.0

All 4 of the plants I ordered are beautiful. The hibiscus is green, healthy and has loads of buds. I thought they were excellent value. Shame some people have had duff ones, must be very disappointing.0

Bought the princettia twice Both healthy and good value..0

Bought the princetta too but sadly both grans reported all leaves fell off them within a week. Not going to use T&M again.0

I got 6 different ones from them, for various people. A lot depended on what you chose. The red hibiscus were fantastic value, and looked much dearer than they cost, the hyacinths and cylamen were ok , but nothing special, and I felt they were still worth the money. I also got the free gift mini princettias and they are still doing very well. The only one that I had problems with was the single princettia, and I think that was delivered when it was very cold and frosty. T & M have refunded me for the princettia, and overall I've been really pleased with them. I would definitely buy from them again.0

it's a shame about the inconsistencies.0

If you see offers like this again, think twice! T&M totally messed up my order (said the first one hadn't gone through, so order again - which I did. Guess what - both orders turned up (one with wrong plant), both were charged. They promised a credit for a voucher I had - still haven't had it). Worse still, the Princettia which is supposed to last for months has dropped all its leaves/'flowers' and one of the mini roses is dead. I am just very thankful that I did not actually give either of these plants as Christmas gifts, I would have been so embarrassed at the state they are in, in such a short time, despite having been kept as directed.0
