Hmmm I ordered this for my mum, told her it was coming, only to receive this email yesterday (I ordered on Sunday).... not very impressed, it shouldn't have let me order and pay. Don't even know if they have refunded my money or not....
'Thank you for your recent order.
We are very sorry to advise we have now exhausted our supplies of all of the items on your order so have been unable to process the order on this occasion.
We apologise for any inconvenience or disappointment this may cause.
Kind regards,

I ordered 2 baskets of hyacinths to my address, another pot to go to a friend and some hibiscus to another friend.
Am pleased with the speedy delivery-only ordered a few days ago.
I was a bit disappointed with size of the basket-it's much smaller than I expected-and am pleased I hadn't paid £25 as they should have been. 1 pot only has 4 shoots pointing through and not 5 as stated.
I haven't received my free plant-do they come separately.0 -

They come whenever. Please be aware that the earth fulls out the little pots as they have no protection so when you open the box up you may have potting compost all over your kitchen floor as I did.My postman delivered mine upside down so that didnt help.0 -
if anyone does need to ring Thompson and Morgan-instead of using the 0844 number -there's a much cheaper number here
01473 688821 for customer services.
My free plant is on its way and if the other pot doesn't produve 5 bulbs they will send another one.
BTW-I only ordered on saturday0 -
I ordered for my father and sister. Unfortunately Thompson and Morgan changed the name on the flowers to that of my mother, who died a few years ago. So you can imagine that would be upsetting. I rang T&M to tell them, though they apologised, they insinuated that her "loved ones" should have removed her name from their database. I didn't even know it was on there! Not happy!!!0

I don't know why but because its a BULB I am still keeping my fingers crossed somehow that it will survive in the box for the next 12 days somehow! lol
Thats IF my neighbour took my Hyacynth IN for me which he usually does if he is there and leaves it outside my door so it is still cold , not freezing and not TOO draughty in our communal hallway , otherwise they would have put a card through and it will be sitting in the sorting office all alone and neglected poor thing till I can arrange redelivery in the new year , just in time I should imagine as they keep parcels for 2 weeks before sending it back!
Just to warn you on the outside of all the boxes I've received it says "If not collected within 7 days please return to sender"!0 -

Ordered on the 14th, delivery email only received yesterday - hibiscus arrived yesterday and informed by recipient that it was a nice plant. The African Violets and Princetta which I am hand delivering turned up today and were pretty rubbish. The AV were not as illustated different colours and not singles, none were in their pots and one was mank. The princettas were at least in their pots but had lots of damaged leaves. I have two gardinias out to be delivered as presents and have not heard from recipients can only hope they'll be ok - feel really bad now in case they are rubbish too. Rang T&M who said would refund for AV - asked if there had been many complaints and told not for those particular ones .........
Oh well, never again - off to buy some replacement presents now.0 -
