Checked bags on longer sectors currently cost more, are there changes to this?

** Higher baggage fees apply on all flights on the following routes: International Canary Islands (excluding Spanish domestic), All flights to/from Kos, Rhodes, Volos and Larnaca.Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0 -
Aer Lingus are just as cheap now, and are a bit more civilized. No Trumpets and no inflight sales!0

............ or travel with carry on luggage only.
It's actually only £5, and only in peak months.
Don't like it then choose another carrier.Legal team on standby0 -

For booking online, I don't see any increases in the baggage.do you Richard?
From the articleThe move will mean massive extra costs for those who forget to pay online for bags to be stored in the hold
tuff. Thats the point
From the articleAnother hike sees the 'boarding card reissue penalty' per flight raised from £40 to £60 from 15 January. This is avoidable by printing a boarding card online.

I think you'll find the reason the airport prices have gone up with such a wallop is they now have the baggage police sniffing out anyone who they deem to have slightly oversize hand luggage.
Reading things like this just gives me even more reason to avoid this outfit like the plague.0 -

To the millions just like you who say ''dont want to pay through the roof for what once used to be cheap fares, go on another carrier.'', ive taken your advice.
Hate the fact that they are even included in the mse weekly email, which is free advertising for what is in effect now, an expensive airline.Save saynoto0870.com in your favorites, and stop giving companies more £££ dialling 0870 numbers when you can dial freephones or cheaper alternatives
call your credit card company, tell them that you want to leave, 99% of the time theyll lower your APR%
Remember when that Bank Manager or Salesperson smiles at you, all he sees is £ notes. Dont forget the motto, "the wider their grin, the more debt your in"0 -

Shame you can't buy a second ticket for a bag and have it on a seat next to you because it'd probably be cheaper!
With these charges they are basically saying "travelling with checked baggage? we don't want your business thanks" much like they did a while ago with skis.0 -

Once they've priced themselves out of the market, they'll go bust and we can all have the last laugh.
Mr. O'leary has been giving this very good advice for some time - I've taken it and haven't looked back.Warning: In the kingdom of the blind, the one-eyed man is king.

Those inflight sales are annoying, I don't really want to be told to "Chillax" with a J20, not when it's £4 a bottle!
As for the trumpets I'd like to take them and stick em up where Ryanair don't fly:mad:If freedom is outlawed, only outlaws will have freedom.0
