Not used or heard of them myself. Have you had to pay anything to them upfront and are there employees who are answering your calls or is it just a machine to leave messages on?

Write terminating the contract for their services but, as per their Terms Of Business, expect to be billed for the work they have already done for you.

I would bet money on the fact you will be contacted very quickly.

Just done a search on them and the website they use was only registered in February 2007 so not a well established company! I'll shift this into the thread discussing these companies and you'll find a letter you can use to terminate your contract. If you have also given your permission to the bank for this company to contact them, make sure you get in touch with the bank as well.

If you are talking about these companies, who promise to get your charges back for you, avoid them as if they were wearing a tabard and carrying a clipboard in a shopping precinct!

In his article, Martin describes these companies as “vultures”. Personally, I think this is very unfair … to vultures, which play an important role in their environment.
The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life. :)

They are all rubbish. I've just got rid of one after they failed on two separate occaisions to file the AQ on my behalf. I'm currently sweating on the judge being lenient with me and allowing me to pick up the claim rather than strike it out.

Do not use them, under any circumstances. I actually started to get the feeling the one I used was actually working for the bank rather than me.

They did not ask for any interest, Statutory or Compound
They stated that "It's all about compromise with Abbey"
They decided to only go for £5K when my actual total is over £10K to keep it witin the small claims track, and would file another one "later in the year, once this one is sorted out"
They lied about filing the AQ on two separate occaisions

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES GO THESE AMBULANCE CHASERS. Everything you need is on this board.

Feel free to PM me and I'll name the company.
