No letter for me,no restructure on my loan and no payment , offer letter 24th September! I feel they just do what they want, ringing them only aggregates me more as you get the same scripted message!
I had the usual scripted responces up until this week. It was a pleasant surprise not to recieve the usual robotic spiel!2018 wins: Hong Kong holiday0 -

Well I got home from work to a letter from Lloyds today, progress at last? Not a chance.
Dear Unfortunate individual who is foolish enough to bank with us.
Thanks for letting us know about the problems you had registering for Telephone Banking etc. etc. :wall:
Which would be great, except I never ever let them know about problems to do with telephone banking, all I have contacted them for is to complain about the PPI payment process or to try and find out what is happening with the PPI claim!! Good to know that they aren't even bothering to register the reason for calls correctly !!!!0 -
There has been many with closed loan accounts with standard offers as well, due to lack of paperwork on older reclaims, and that offer is that of £1,200.
I am owed 2 payments of the above by cheque, because I have not banked with them for over 2 years now. (Settled/paid off accounts).
I take it with these standard offers, there is nothing more to calculate?
Our details again.
2 reclaims complaints - loan ppi July 2011
Offer at first by email - Sept 2011.
Letter to confirm arrived - first week October. The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

Hope you receive yours soon.
Over the last year or 2 we have had about 8 further loan ppi's upheld and 2 Credit Card PPI via Lloyds, and on the loan ppi they were paid into a bank account of our choice, (with not banking with them anymore), so even though we do not mind the cheque theory, but why no choice this time beats me.The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
The most annoying thing about this whole mess for me is that since the time that they first upheld my complaint (late July 2011) I have still had to pay for PPI.
I pay £153.71 per month for PPI alone and have done so since July 2007. I have paid four lots of PPI premiums along with my loan repayments because they haven't been bothered to sort out restructuring my loan. Come next week I will have paid a total of £615 in premiums that they agreed were mis-sold to me.
Disgusting...0 -

Yes its so wrong isn't it?
Have you tried contacting your local MP?
Surely they should at least have dealt with this one by now.The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
They have paid out on my 3 settled loans and a credit card but this one is still running.
I will maybe get my MP onto it soon.0 -
I decided to ring this morning, fairly convinced I'd get the same story - 'can't tell you when'!. I'd last rung 14/11. Apparently on the 15/11 they had recived another email back form the team dealing with credit card ppi. I am agin told I am 'on the spreadsheet' marked as urgent and the costomer services lady said I will recieve my cheque in 7-10 days time at the outside but it could be sooner! Won't hold my breath but hoping. Do you think they are saying this to stop me ringing for 7 days, lol?
(Lloyds Credit card, offer dated 12th Sept).0
