Initial payment of around half on the 8th, still no second payment. Still glad i am that far along compared to some people on here!

Daily call, put through to manager after much complaining. He was of no use whatsoever. He could offer NO timelines, no information, no help. Other than "we've sent an email to the team to find out where your recalculations letter is" After the 10 working days is up we have to ring back to find out what the investigation found - which I suspect will be "Oh yes, we didn't send you a letter, sorry about that. It will take up to 10 working days to arrive!"

Been told this morning revised calculations letter senton 16th and also payment issued 16th by CHEQUE do i believe them NO was told on monday that a BACS payment was issued on friday last week but the found out on wed that it was a big fat lie so i certainly dont believe them this time. WHY A CHEQUE THOUGHT NO ONE WAS GETTING THESE ANY MORE AS I HAVE A LLOYDS CURRENT ACCOUNT DONT UNDERSTAND IT0

I am just about to give them another call! I was told the other day "by the nice Welsh lady" who confirmed that our Lloyds account is definately closed, we will definately receive a cheque. I asked her if I could give her other bank details for the money to go into, she said no not to bother as it was with the payment team!
UPDATE: 14:10 after two attempts to call one, to an 0845 one and the 01733 one - surprise surprise, non one is answering now, I think they are all having a laugh at us in the pub!!0
