Logged in to online banking not to long ago to find that I have been credited with my PPI refund at long last! Must have gone in at about 3:30pm. So check your bank accounts guys! Hopefully I'm not the only one!

My redress letter was dated 15th Sept. PPI was on a closed loan. Rang them every week (on average) and sent multiple emails. No local MP was involved. :rotfl:

    Happy for you :T

I've just checked my mobile banking and nothing for me though :(

    Offer letter 12th Sep

3 closed loans and 1 open but without PPI.

    Maybe tomorrow :)

Thank you Danny! :D It's such a relief to end this bitter journey at last. :rotfl:

Hope that you recieve what is yours soon. I suggest you keep ringing them on a regular basis. The woman that I spoke to this morning said that there was a 'flurry of activity' on my account yesterday, with 8 different people adding notes etc. This included the recalulation of interest. So when you get told something simular, it means that your money will be with you soon.

Yeah, straight into my account, Kerri. This was after initially being told that I would recieve a cheque. Hope you get your money really soon!

  • No letter for me,no restructure on my loan and no payment , offer letter 24th September! I feel they just do what they want, ringing them only aggregates me more as you get the same scripted message!
  • Good news Thundercat!! Dead chuffed for you! :)

Sadly no movement on my account.... Maybe time for my daily phone call!

Going from one of the emails with an update on my hubby's email account, it was gone 9pm in the evening it was sent to him, so maybe worth ringing them late in the evening if they are working on that long, not saying they will pick up to calls though, but maybe worth a try.;)
