Well, still nothing from the postie this morning but can't say that I am surprised

I am just hoping that I get it before Christmas0 -

Therefore they have decided to change my tax code for the next 12 months to pay slightly more tax through my income rather than a bulk payment. Much easier if you ask me and this way I get to keep my refund! Mind you I must check my code reverts back within 12 months. I think somewhere down the line Lloyds will have to inform HMRC exactly what they've paid out which could take years. I think being honest now will save a big headache when they catch up with the individuals who haven't declared. i hope you get your money soon i got mine 2 weeks ago in the first batch of payments. All seems quiet for everyone now??
Dont want my code changed as get pension as well as 3 days work so complicated enough already! also too near yearend.0 -
Wow
Just done the daily phone call. Explained my financial difficulties ( pretty severe ) and they are going to ring me back. I'm amazed. Will be even more amazed if they do.0 -
Don't hold your breath..... I explained my financial difficulties (also really severe) a couple of weeks ago, and every day since in daily calls and follow up emails......and it has made no difference what so ever..... I am convinced that whoever you speak to or email they just don't give a damn and will say anything at all just to clear the line for the next call0

Well after nearly 2 hours on hold i finally got through to the PPI Customer Relations helpdesk and spoke to a very nice woman.
She said it indeed has been a long wait so far and is surprised i havent yet received my payment.
After I explained my life story on trying to get back my PPI she said she would email a "special team" which could put my account in a higher proirty list.
She wrote the email and sent this team my account details whilst i was still on the phone and then said " hopefully this will speed things up for you now"
This team is apparently the stage before the postman!
Hmm....not sure if she was just pulling my chain but fingers crossed.0 -
good luck with that, we were told over a week ago ours would be dealt with as priority and still nothing yet. Our offer letter was 27/09/11 and not had anything else from them. they are very good at giving excuses and fobbing people off. I honestly don't think there is anything you can do. i will be leaving lloyds when they eventually pay out0

One of the lovely Welsh ladies has lied to me.
Said she would call back by 3.00. Lucky I didn't hold my breath.0 -

That special team have 10 working days to even start an investigation so it's just another stalling tactic I'm afraid!
We've been put on the spreadsheet, been emailed to the team... Still not even the !!!!!! letter let alone the money.0 -
