• Just the latest in a long running tirade of message sent to

    ppi.customer.relations@lloydstsb.co.uk

I hasten to add that the address may exist, but I have not even had one robot email returned to me as yet..... and it was like getting blood from a stone just to get that address!!! I have not pasted in the very long attached messages I have sent since I managed to get this address........but not one has been replied to anyway....

Please find below the latest email sent to you yesterday.

I am STILL waiting for any form of acknowledgement of this complaint by return.

On telephoning your PPI "helpline" AGAIN today I am told that an email has been sent to the "repayment" team to request an update. Why did I have to call you to find this out?

The attitude and manner in which Lloyds TSB are conducting this entire matter is disgusting. You, as an organisation and a business, will be lucky to have any customers at all left with you by the time this matter has been resolved.

I have not as yet received any explanation as to why this money has not been repaid to me, despite repeated requests.

I am afraid that the "new line" being bandied around that the repayments are a "goodwill" gesture hold no water what so ever. Lloyds TSB admitted that they mis sold PPI insurance on a massive scale, they then withdrew from the case defending their position and by doing so have admitted full liability in this matter, it then follows that the repayment of your customers is just that, repayment of money they should not have paid.... Which in no way constitutes "goodwill".

I am now on WORKING day 129 since I lodged my complaint.

I have copied the Rt Hon Hugo Swire MP into this email.

How long before the continued lies and misinformation of your organisation are high lighted in the national press?.

I await in the very least an acknowledgement of this email and a letter detailing the exact reasons for the delay forthwith. For your convenience the terms "backlog" and "volume" need not be referred to, as this DOES NOT answer my question as to why my funds have not been repaid to me.

Needless to say I am not holding my breath! The office of my MP were more than happy to help, they have updated me four times today alone, Mr Swire has dictated his letter and it has been sent t the CEO of Lloyds.... I have a sinking feeling that the CEO may be on holiday with Mr Hallett somewhere, but hey-ho!

Right, it must be time to feed the dog as she is nibbling my foot... it says it all when a Dog can communicate if it needs to yet Lloyds TSB seem incapable.......

With a name like that I bet they jump out of their seats when they see the MP stamp on the letter thinking they're getting knighted.

How many MPs writing to them is that now? Surely it'll be in prime ministers questions next when they realise they're all doing it!!!

Today is week 8 from the date of my offer letter; I have checked my Lloyds account online and there is no refund. I am not surprised by this.

I am not sure whether I can be bothered to call them today to find out where my refund is. I am not sure I want to hear the usual answers of backlog, high volumes and you will be paid soon blah blah. I have been calling them since week 6, and I am no closer to receiving my money.

    Morning all

I have just phoned the Welsh ladies, 8.15am they are still pleasant and helpful.

I am on the pending spreadsheet 'as far as you can go before payment'. Next step is payment to loans department as I have a current loan, they reschedule the loan then forward payment (all of it as nothing overdue on loan!!!!!) to my lloyds current account. No idea of timescale, delays, hope to clear by end of month, no guarantees. Basically all the excuses on their list.

    dates:
    complaint questionnaire 10 June
    Acknowledgement July
Offer, no action required 10 October
Recalculation letter 9 November, received 12 November

Last week loads of people got their recalculation letters on day or day before that big payment run Tue/Wed. Looks like not happening this week?:(

Anyone had anything from Lloyds this week?

No Letter. No Money. No Help from Lloyds

On a side note, has anyone been paid since last Weds? There was a glut of people going "IVE BEEN PAID" and then silence? They wouldn't possibly be doing it batches to gain interest/protect their figures (as others have said) would they...? :o

Let's be honest, Lloyds are crap and so are their front line customer service staff (in ppi terms, not dealt with them in any other way) ; yet the customer service staff are just obviously telling people what they've been told to tell them - ie anything to stall them. But the higher powers are not stupid, what may seem like a mess to us is surely all just part of a plan - to protect figures/garner interest etc who knows? But I refuse to believe it's as much of a mess as the likes of Barry are portraying.

I must admit I've noticed this too, perhaps that make sense of my 'you are towards the top of the spreadsheet' comment I got recently, are they doing a 'spreadsheet' at a time??

Just debating whether to ring again this morning.........

There must be someone using this site that works for these call centres, a little anonamous info would be good! Bet the manager peeps are reading too!
