Stu;
good idea. So when you do eventually get paid (heh!) you can transcribe them into an open letter to Lloyds / MSE etc and give exact details (backed up with proof) of the complete shambles this has been.0 -
I think we should all write to the FSA with our stories of how Lloyds have dealt with the complaint appaullingly and the amount of lies we've all been told. They fined Natwest back in December last year for less.Diary: Getting back on track for 2013 and beyondDEBT FREE 13-10-13 :dance::dance::dance::dance::dance:

I requested a call back but i doubt that will come. THIS HAS TO BE THE BIGGEST FAT LIE LLOYDS HAVE TOLDTO DATE ,SAYING PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADEWHEN IT HASNT. I AM UTTERLY DISGUSTED THAT THESE PEOPLE ARE GETTING AWY WITH THIS AND HAVE SPENT THE LAST HOURIN TEARS I AM SOOOOOOO
That is horrendous! I cannot believe, even after everything I have been told by Lloyds and everything I read on here, that they are continuing to get away with this!!!
Did you have an email or was the info passed in a phone call?
I have started to record all my calls to Lloyds so they cannot deny what has been said!
Feel really bad for you!

Nothing showing on my HSBC account yet either.
Reallyangrynow - I can't believe the way they've treated you, that's disgusting absolutely and totally disgusting. Are you closing all accounts with them when you do get your payment and getting friends & family to do the same?Diary: Getting back on track for 2013 and beyondDEBT FREE 13-10-13 :dance::dance::dance::dance::dance:

When I called the lady said I might have to pay tax on the interest but would have to send in copies of the letters LLoyds sent me in order for them to inspect and get back to me. No sorting it out over the phone unfortunately so details in the post.
What she did say however was that Lloyds had definitely not bothered to communicate with HMRC in my case as they had no record of any such payment being made. Then again maybe Lloyds will write to HMRC "shortly" ;-)
Well this was why I was in doubt about contacting HMRC but eventually Lloyds will have to declare to HMRC what they have paid out so I didn't think it was worth risking. They didn't want to see any back up letters though, she just took my word for it as to what I recieved as the 8% interest? Oh well at least we've been honest and won't get a demand letter of a fine!!!!0 -

Quick question but what is the email address everyone is using to complain for not getting there money. What shocks me is that 16weeks went by with my other claim with Barclaycard within two weeks i got the cheque. Why is Lloyds TSB doing this? Its unfair0
