No letter. No money. No help from lloyds.
No scan on file either, bet it's not been sent. I'm starting to get a sinking feeling0 -
I have left a few emails via Lloyds over the past 2 weeks, and I understand that many reclaimed/complained before me and still waiting for their refunds! Not received any feedback from any of their emails to different ones within the team.
These last 2 old mid 90's loan PPI were standard offers of £1200 x 2 = total due £2400.
This was because of lack of details they held, I did try sending in some paperwork but according to them it was not enough for them to work on.
Anyway, complained mid July 2011, received an email end of Sept 2011 to say about the above offers and that letters in the post, these arrived around the 3 October in the post, and now awaiting the refunds.
These are offered by cheque payments because I no longer bank with them. The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
I started my claim in May and got a letter dated 13th October saying I would be getting in excess of £3000 "shortly." Four weeks later I phoned to ask where the money was to be told it would take weeks as they have "hundreds and thousands of people to deal with." Apparently they've re-organised their systems and taken on more staff - otherwise, as I was told "you would have been lucky to get anything before next year." In the meantime, I still have to pay the PPI on loan repayments until Lloyds get their act together. Amazing customer relations skills - no wonder we're in a mess!0
