Similar story to me im just a day earlier on nearly all those dates. Weirdly my loan restructuring appears to have happened over the weekend, wasn't done by the end of friday, was by Sunday, weird!
Hopefully we will see the rest of our money soon, can't see any possible excuse now for it now being in our accounts imminently, but this is Lloyds so who knows!!
Cheers

i have been told bacs payment issued friday is there any way of finding out if this is true i.e phoning bank and asking them if there is a pending bacs payment0

Seems that those who had a restructured loan have received at least a
Partial refund?...... I have not seen a penny of my money as yet (over 7.5k), with no active loans... There is no restructuring required, surely it is just a simple matter of refunding the money.... So why the delay?0 -

Right,
I have contacted the PPi customer service unhelpful help desk yet again and spoke to a nice chap who told me the following:
: They are processing 60,000 BACs payments a day.
: They are now working through all people who received offer letters in September.
: No offcial order, just taking a random selection each day so there is no order by date/surname etc
: People with offer letters in September will have extra interest up to the end of November, meaning all September people will receive their payments by BACS before the end of November.
: They will then move onto October letters and so on.
: They have cleared down 90% of all payments before September so now they can concentrate on Septembers offer letters.
He wasnt sure why id not yet received my new letter including the extra interest but made a note on my account to try and push for this. Also noting that i have rang again....for the 100th time
Im sure he was talking out of his ar5e but hey ho....fingers crossed the September people get their payments before the end of November!

Kerri, every time I call in the last week the only consistent thing I am being told is that they are telling all customers if they don't hear by Wednesday then we should call back......
I only normally call on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
