LloydsTSB PPI Payment

Hate to burst the bubble, but I got my new letter last Tuesday with the additional interest. This was from my initial offer letter on August 16th. My loan was also fully restructured on oct 18th. And still absolutely no money. There appears to be no order or sense in any of how this is all being carried out.
You can say that again! Hope you get some good news soon, all the best.:)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
The daily call to Lloyds produced nothing new..... Letter last week.... Blah blah..... If you don't hear by Wednesday call us back.... Blah..... Payment should follow swiftly after.... Blah blah..... Thousands of payments per day since we found a new way of paying people.... Blah.....
How swiftly is "swiftly"?....... "within a few days sir"
I don't really care you informing me I get a few quid more in interest, just add it to the sum total....."it's a requirement sir"
You're just delaying this to earn a bit more interest off of the PPI reclaim fund aren't you?..... "certainly not sir, there have been genuine issues paying out to people"
So how come there are people who appear to have made their complaint, had it upheld and been paid out within a total timescale of 6 to 8 weeks?......"I don't think that's the case"
Any chance I will see my money before next weekend?...... "I should think so"
I look forward to joining the massive queue of people trying to get through on the phone on Wednesday then......
I think they are totally stumped and don't know what to say, and will say anything just to shut customers up for a little while!:mad:
If you ring again tomorrow, its unlikely you will speak to the same person and they will say different again.
Incompetant comes to mind. The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
Don't know if Barry has had her e mail closed due to the amount of
People sending to her but mine got returned this morning as "undelivered" tried calling and it the same old story as everyone else.... If I hear "volume of complaints" or "backlog" one more time I will lose it!!! Lloyds KNEW the amount of loans they had sold PPI on, and after publicly stating they had mis sold they KNEW how many complaints they would get..... It is THEIR job to adequately staff the complaints department, not our job to just put up with constant lies, misinformation and mindless idiots on the end of the phone with little or no sympathy!!!!
Annnnnnnd breeeeeath!! Rant over, carry on waiting
The email box is probably full to the brim - a reason why it may be undeliverable.
It says to try again later as it will not automatically send.
Frustrating "I know".
Contact your local MP if your not getting anywhere who may be lucky to get through to them straight away on your behalf.
Good luck.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
No money. No letter. Working day 70 following calculations letter.... Week 14...still waiting.
Edit:
Daily call to Lloyds "everyone is aware that you haven't been paid, we can't give you any information about when you will be paid"
Grrrrr....SPC = £15.54 #1413
£2 challenge = £22

127 working days (25 wks) since initial complaint,
120 working days (24 wks) since acknowledgement,
55 working days (11wks) since offer of refund,
21 working days (4 wks) since amounts disclosed.
Daily call to Lloyds....... Same old story......
Does anybody in your office know anything useful at all?
"in regards to your claim and when it will be paid, I am afraid I can't help you"
Since ALL of these loans are completed why do you need so long? There is nothing to work out or adjust, it's a simple repayment surely?
"there is a queuing system"
Really? How is that working then?
"I am not sure, possibly by date order"
We all know that ain't the truth!!
Oh well, marathon waiting time in the queue to be spoken to on Wednesday when we will all, no doubt, be trying to get through.... Again... :mad:0 -
Why is Wednesday the day when everyone will call? *confused*SPC = £15.54 #1413

Kerri, every time I call in the last week the only consistent thing I am being told is that they are telling all customers if they don't hear by Wednesday then we should call back......0
