Hi
I posted a few days ago to say that I had received upheld letters from lloyds last Thursday for ppi on a cc and three loans. I received my cc refund on Monday and came home to three cheques today for the loan refunds.
I am not posting this to in a bragging kind of way but more to highlight the fact that the refund procedure seems illogical. I was fully prepared to wait weeks for a refund and don't understand why I have received all that is owed to me so soon.
I am keeping my fingers crossed that everyone receives their refunds soon.0 -

Hi
Got my Calc letter, dated 16th Sept. Same story for me, numerous phone calls and e-mails with no joy. Phoned them last Mon and got the speech about a new letter being sent out and now a direct payment instead of a cheque. I have yet to recieve this magical letter.
My surname starts with D.0 -
WOO HOO after many phone calls and emails to Barry, CEO etc I finally received some of my payment on thursday and a second offer letter with added interest up until 28 Nov!
Original letter dated 8 september, checked account this morning and loan seems to be reconstructed so hopefully i'll receive the rest of my money soon.
Surname begins with S0 -
another day and still no revised letter, let alone payment another email sent.Really angry that people are getting paid with calculations after mine although happy for them really p***ed off at lloyds0
