Rang them today my letter been sent by second class post (does anyone still use this ) or coming by snail anyway said i should get my payment very very soon and prob before the letter arrive.
"they have now cleared the backlog and payments are flying out"

Called Lloyds this AM and was told they were working on my account, i then got a call back and was told I would get a CHAPS payment into my account sometime today, 3.30pm account credited.0

Original calculated letter dated 8th Sept. Recieved half payment on Wednesday and letter with added intrest same day.
Surname starts with D.
Loan still needs restructuring and still awaiting 2k from that.0 -
Original calc letter received 16th September. Monies paid by bacs to my account Wednesday along with the receipt of a new calcs letter.
My payment was for PPI on 3 loans and my surname begins with H0 -

got in and the postman has been and ive a new letter dated the 9th Nov as promised by lloyds :eek:
again no dates as to when the cheque will be sent and is an exact carbon copy as before offer letter. The only one difference is that it no longer has both loans on it. This letter is for the good will gesture as they have no info on loan ect but the loan where all info is traceable isnt on this letter???? confused? No its lloyds! :rotfl::rotfl: no shock there! will chase that up monday then

Yeah I wonder! might be in tomorrows post! haha im such a glass half full man! :rotfl::rotfl: so will leave it till monday afternoon/ tuesday before pestering them
makes me think that the good will gesture redress payments may be treated different (cheque) to the traceable ones (bacs) etc. Did get an extra £25 on the £1200 good will gesture which is nice:D:p Perfer et obdurai dolor hic tibi proderit olim
