hello everyone yesterday when i phoned to see why i had not received revised calculations letter that was promised last week the woman could not even tellme if it had been sentas had not been scanned on their system. I asked why not because i thought they were working in dateorder and she said SHE WAS NOT SURE IF THEY WERE WORKING IN DATE ORDER OR ALPHABETICAL ORDER AND THEY WERE GETTING SENT OUT IN BATCHES anyone whois still waiting for this new letter could you please post what letter your surname begins with and then we might all be able to work out if they are sending lettersin alphabetical order or not
