    Santander rejected by them 11/11/11, counter rejected by me 17/11/11. x2 letters advising they need another 4 weeks and then another rejection:rotfl:

    I was going from my calculations letter date, the one that means they'll pay within like 21 days or whatever with the emphasis on whatever. I've been waiting since February from the time I posted the letter that they ignored in the first place, and April for the one they decided to acknowledge. Hate them!

    Not sure my OH would like that too much, although he bought me chocolates in a small heart shaped box which cheered me up yesterday, then I moaned at him about Lloyds hahaha

  • hello everyone yesterday when i phoned to see why i had not received revised calculations letter that was promised last week the woman could not even tellme if it had been sentas had not been scanned on their system. I asked why not because i thought they were working in dateorder and she said SHE WAS NOT SURE IF THEY WERE WORKING IN DATE ORDER OR ALPHABETICAL ORDER AND THEY WERE GETTING SENT OUT IN BATCHES anyone whois still waiting for this new letter could you please post what letter your surname begins with and then we might all be able to work out if they are sending lettersin alphabetical order or not

    I'm already angry from a discussion with BT, now to read this makes me even crosser as my surname begins with R. There is no way I am ever taking my OH's name, his is V.... maybe we can both change it to A hahahaha.
