  • If I don't get that money soon I'm going to go and sit in their headquarters down the road until someone tells me when they are going to pay me. Although I might have to find their office first, I only know where RBS is =/

You also get 8% interest to date,to work this out go on here.

    http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/reclaim/bank-charges#step2
On the bank charge calculator put each of the ppi monthly payments you paid, the date, month and year of each of these to the present day, this will total all the ppi you get back and the 8%,you then have to take off the early settlement for the ppi for each loan that you settled, hopefully that will be as near as damn it to what you will get back.

Lloyds Credit Card, offer letter 12th September - payment? don't be silly!
My 3rd phone call I've made this week, was slightly rude to the customer service guy. Told him early on I wanted to speak to a manager and he replied 'I am a manager I'm manning the phones today'. Could tell he was though as he wasn't as helpful as others I've spoken to! Can't or won't tell me anything, don't know if my cheque has been sent and I shouldn't have been told I should have it by now. They haven't received a reply from the email they sent to the credit card department yesterday yet, 'what about the email you sent on the 7th' I said, no not got a reply from that either. He told me to ring back in a week, I replied, 'no I will ring every day' he said it was up to me if i rang daily but it would help! Told him Lloyds was incompetant and corrupt...possibly not helped my case there but am past caring. Shame we can't slap on late payment charges. I have days off next week for xmas shopping based on the time scale they had given me in the past for payment...think I'll spend the day ringing them instead...unless of course my cheque arrives.......did you see that flying pig?
Oh well, thanks for being here to let me vent.
