I'm going to start another round of "why are we waiting..." if anyone would like to join in with me.

Has anyone with August calculations letters been paid yet?

I got my letter on 17 Aug, still no money starting to worry now!!!:(

Lloyds have phoned me!!! yes thats right phoned me!!!

i have been told that a letter has been sent yesterday and that a cheque will be with me within 7days! i asked well said your pulling me leg! after a few moments of laughter and banter lloyds stated they would put they house on it! lets see then!

letter upholding the complaint arrived on the 12th Sept, Offer letter was the 5th Oct. i emailed Andrea on the 30th Oct when intrest calculated. Letter arrived yesterday with re calcultaed amount. money in account yesterday.

Good stuff wee beefy and marksman! :T

I've just checked my post and had 2 letters from lloyds!!!....but

One was a bank statement and the other was credit card statement :-(

What aload of !!!!!

Maybe tomorrow will be a better dy for me.

thats great how on earth did you manage to get them to phone you and why are they sending a cheque thought it was only bacs payments now well done hope they stick to their word this time:j:j

Received the refund of PPI payments today (day after the interest) so I now (finally!) have all the money I was owed :j

Still not received a recalculation letter but when I phoned yesterday afternoon the person I spoke to could see it on the system and read me off the numbers. Dates were end of August upheld, mid September letter with figures.

I was going to use this money to pay my loan off a little early but it's taken so long to get the money I no longer need to as my last payment is December! So I can pay another loan early, still have cash in the bank and i'll be £300/month better off.

the cheque bit did make me think bullsh!t but lets see i think its because im a cheeky chappy & asked nicely for someone who knows to call me and dont f@@k me about they couldnt stop laughing but they did phone me back!! and seemed to know what they were talking about
