• @Disgustified, what email did you use for the FSA? I've just emailed my MP again asking if he managed to make any progress and updating him with the latest information I've had from Lloyds, which is actually nothing. I should probably call my OH and see if they have sent me a letter, but I doubt they have.

It was consumer.queries@fsa.gov.uk just the basic consumer enquiries address so it takes them a while to get round to answering as I guess they get a lot of e-mails - they also have a helpline which is 0845 606 1234.

Hope that all pasted in properly as have seen some people say they have not been able to put links in posts, if not just go to the FSA website and look for consumer contacts.

Best of luck.

No sign of our cheques arriving yet, my surname "E".

However, some have been waiting longer than myself, mine was not put in until July on these last 2 with Lloyds, and it was the end of Sept by email they said the offer letter was on its way and it arrived early October where these will be paid by cheques. So just waiting now.

Hope you all receive yours soon folks as well, fingers crossed.;)

LOL edited, I did put "D" as my surname, but dizzy as ever, that's my maiden surname LOL, my surname is "E".
The one and only "Dizzy Di" :D
• What date was your letter dated with?

Dated 9 November, 2 letters covering 3 loans but in same envelope, must be cutting costs as last ones in 3 envelopes.

Previous letters dated 11 October with interest calculated to 7 November.

Mine might arrive tomorrow then as I think they're sent 2nd class.
My MP Mike Freer has said he chased with Lloyds this week so is hoping to hear from them soon.
I've just sent another email off to Ms Barry cc'ing in the FSA and talking about how badly the complaints have been handled. I can't believe I've been waiting 14 weeks since they sent me the calculations letter, how does that make any sense? I hope they get fined.

No mine was first class.

Be interested to know the people paid this week when their interest was calculated up to. ie any chance of receiving payment before the 'calculated to' date?
• If it's 8% interest for a year, then I think they owe me about £12.60 a month but I might be wrong about that.
