For me to tell her over the phone that she's incompetent? I'd love that! Instead I've sent the OH off to the postie with a PPI complaints form for 3 loans they sold him with PPI, told my family and friends to close their accounts and just waiting here twiddling my thumbs thinking up elaborate reasons as to why they're only now getting their fingers out of their bums.

They have 3 weeks to pay me, otherwise it's going to be beans on toast for December as I'm moving house and need to buy a bed (going from furnished to unfurnished rental). I already have 24 tins of beans for £0.42 each.

Hmmm.... I think I am actually mad.

Anyone know if dustybin has been paid yet?

  • Checked my bank and i've been paid my PPI refund AT LAST! :j
Just for your information the original offer letter which i accepted was 16th August
    Interest originally upto 7th Sept
    Loan first restructered 17th October
    Loan restructered again 4th November!
    Receipt 9th November!
    Its only been 85 days!

I have been given and extra £102 on top of the original offer received in August, although not sure how this is made up as no updated letter has arrived yet!
I received it by BACS into my Lloyds current account.

Good luck to all those still waiting, seems Lloyds are finally getting through the back log!

    Congratulations.

I'm hoping that if I check my account every hour the money might magically materialise.

Just got off the phone from Lloyds

and they said " I must apologise to you for the delay and inconvenience caused, i can confirm that your refund is currently being processed and a payment will be with you shortly"

    Lets see what happens ;)
