  • Many congrats to all who have received their long awaited payments!

    :)

Very happy for you but very sad for myself as I'm still waiting :(

My offer letter was received 12 Sep 2011

Had no other letter since then and no payment...just a big fat headache.

Awaiting 15K and really want it like now. Boo.

Defo no order of payments as it seems people with offer letters after mine have received their.

Will keep waiting anyway. Getting used to it now :)

Just checked my Bank accouint and I ve been paid my Lloyds ppi refund hooray!! its for two old loans that finished in 2005 and 2009 so glad its finally gone in. If anyone wants to know it was upheld end of August calculation letter dated 16th September with interest paid till 13th October. I also received another calculation letter this morning they have paid me an extra £38 for interest upto the 28th November.:jHope anyone still waiting gets their refund soon.
Well I'm clueless then. You've just disproved my theory that they're paying on open loans. *sobs*
Just checked my letter is dated 8th August 2011, interest up to 5th September 2011.

Danny T, my offer letterr was also 12th September, as I said earlier on a post I haven't had the full amount yet, I've recieved £11.9k of £15k. When I rang Lloyds she said my amount had now changed to £17k!!! So another £5k is due. Perhaps because you are due the same amount as me you may also have more to come now????

    Excellent news!

Definately moving on with them now then, well done to all who have received your refunds and shouldn't be that much longer for the others to follow, good luck.

  • Well I hope for this :)

Will stay up late tonight to check my account after midnight.

Nice 1 to you for getting most of your money

Fingers crossed you receive the remaining a.s.a.p

  • I'm now sat here wondering if they're processing them in batch runs. That might explain why so many people are suddenly being paid and why it's all out of date order. So fingers crossed we might actually get paid this month.

It still feels a little suspicious that they start paying out after they announce their Q3 revenue. Naughty naughty. I'm convinced they sat on the interest to put it into Q4.

so am i have been convinced all along something fisshy goingon
  • Just seems awfully odd how they start to pay out the day after they announce Q3 revenue, having already set aside the amount they're going to pay out in Q3 (therefore it doesn't go against Q4). I reckon they'll pay out to everyone in the next week or so, clear it all down and then keep trickling them through as they come in. Otherwise they're going to have to report the loss in Q4, and it's always better to report that you're on an up at the end of the financial year than it is to report a loss.
