    I wouldn't be writing it to them if they weren't incompetent though. I've written to my MP and don't really know what else I can do more. I call them once a week for an update for them to tell me nothing has happened. Andrea sends me robot messages so she doesn't even read what I've written to her. Thought it might at least make one of the robot chickens in the call centre chuckle a little. They can't be having a nice time having to deal with all our complaints.
