4th May'11- Sent complaint letter
End Aug - Letter from Lloyds to uphold my complain
16th Sept - Calculations letter with interest paid up to 13th Oct
9th Nov - Money paid into my Lloyds account via BACS
Looks like they have paid me some extra interest too,
as it is more that the original calcs letter stated but yet to get a letter from lloyds to explain this.

I've just opened current and savings accounts with Nationwide to put my refund into. I don't do shareholders any more. Bye-bye Lloyds TSB
For anyone who's interested: Complaint first week in June, upheld 22 Aug., calcs 16 Sept, paid in full 9th Nov.0 -
Just checked my Bank accouint and I ve been paid my Lloyds ppi refund hooray!! its for two old loans that finished in 2005 and 2009 so glad its finally gone in. If anyone wants to know it was upheld end of August calculation letter dated 16th September with interest paid till 13th October. I also received another calculation letter this morning they have paid me an extra £38 for interest upto the 28th November.:jHope anyone still waiting gets their refund soon.0
