  • Just checked my bank account and my money has been paid in. Very happy now!!!:j

    Details:
    4th May'11- Sent complaint letter
End Aug - Letter from Lloyds to uphold my complain
16th Sept - Calculations letter with interest paid up to 13th Oct
9th Nov - Money paid into my Lloyds account via BACS

Looks like they have paid me some extra interest too,
as it is more that the original calcs letter stated but yet to get a letter from lloyds to explain this.

Good Luck and speedy payments for the rest of you waiting!!

Congratulations, was this for a credit card or loan. If it was a loan was it a closed or open loan?

It was for a Loan that is still open in part (Original loan had the PPI on it but was re-done when I cancelled the PPI in 2010) Second loan is still in force.

Aw congratulations, seems they're paying out on open loans at the moment then. Everyone that's been paid in the past 2 days has had open loans with them.

    Congratulations again :j:beer:

  • I've just opened current and savings accounts with Nationwide to put my refund into. I don't do shareholders any more. Bye-bye Lloyds TSB :)

For anyone who's interested: Complaint first week in June, upheld 22 Aug., calcs 16 Sept, paid in full 9th Nov.
