  • We should really all turn up at the shareholders meeting next week and raise hell. Unfortunately I dont want my name and affairs out for public knowledge! Expect they will be able to make a statement saying how its all been passed to another company to deal with and is out of their (dirty) hands.

I feel physically sick at what this is doing to people's health, mental and physical. I have credit cards phoning me 10 times a day and asking what happened to my promise of a large payment in October. They dont believe the truth and I cant say I blame them, its too unbelievable.

    :(:(:(
  • I had part of my refund last week, this was the interest on my current loan. The rest of my refund was the premiums which need to be restructured and they were supposed to be paid into my account too. Had an email from Andrea last week saying my refund had been completed and my loan had been restructured.
The loan centre have never had the missing money which totals about £4500, paid another months loan payment on Friday with ppi on it.
Rang this morning and was told anyone with an open loan was being delayed, I had been put on the famous priority spreadsheet but they could not give a timescale as to when I would get the rest of my money or when my loan would be sorted out!!!
Hope this is not gonna be another 8 week wait!!!
  • Apparently it's not just us getting stressed out with this saga! Antonio, the CEO has taken medical leave because of stress and fatigue!!!!! So thats his excuse for not replying to our emails, whats Andrea's?

I tried to post a link here but the site isn't letting me - the article is on the Daily Mails website if you fancy a look!
  • Dusty - Believe me i have already tried with both Andrea and the CEO, I also have not had any replies to recent emails! So frustrating! I am in a similar situation to you, although not quite as bad, 'only' been waiting since August 16th!

Apparently its just all too much for the CEO who has taken leave according to the Daily Mail article!

So they're offsetting your loan with the refund? Not just giving you the money straight?
